We apply a wide range of experimental techniques in our lab.

Our analytic spectrum ranges from viability and toxicity studies to biochemical assays, immunohistochemistry and molecular biology comprising techniques like Western Blot, qRT-PCR, PCR, ELISA including multiplex and cytokine arrays.

Our analytical methods include ocular fluorophotemetry, live cell imaging, dynamic light scattering (DLS) and ex vivo OCT.

As additional molecular methods we perform bacterial culture, cloning, transfection and transduction in retinal organ and spehorid cultures. Thereby, we can offer a broad spectrum of laboratory methods to get a complete overview on the addressed research questions.
