Research Interests

In my PhD project I am studying amacrine cells in the mouse retina. I am using graph theory to identify groups of cells that are tightly connected in a connectomic dataset. I  then use biophysical models of these groups to study their activity. The goal of my research is to understand more about the computations that amacrine cells perform and how these contribute to the diversity observed in the output of the retina.
